We would go and we would have these [...] "yes" meetings. We would get together
and we would talk about all the possible things that we could do, and nobody was
allowed to say "no".
Because there was no constraint, because nobody was saying "no" all the time, we
would talk about all these great ideas, and then the next day we would come
back, hopefully a little more sober, and everybody would try and figure out
which of those ideas were the best.
