I just sensed that because I have no job O perceive myself as having no value, but even more than that, that I don't even exist in my own understanding of the world. This is insane.

Software today is so stupid. Someone else makes and changes your tool as you work and your tools are always in danger of blocking you, or changing behavior. This is insane and unacceptable.
