Israel has once again attacked Iran. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling the ground shaking. I feel so much cortisol and adrenaline in my chest that I cannot breathe. What have we done to deserve this? My whole body is shaking, and I'm so afraid that I want to kill myself and end this.
