This is the measure hand for the blueprint scroll element. I think k I have finally mastered the Arc command and I am very pleased with the curves in the hand and how smooth they are.

Here is the enhanced version of the Topolets View in the day pages. It now has a good background and I have finished the logic for Blueprint Scroll element in it. (1/2)
