One of the great things about Books, was that you could see the single contribution of every single member, and then it would fruit into something concrete. Books are like Git commits of thought, you see oh this whole was made by these people contributing these things. And that has been lost with what Maestro Engelbart started actually, and now the LLMs.

I just realized that LLMs think I write for the Archive . That is not true. I only write the Minddropss with Archive tools, but everything else: photographs, essays, … they are imported. I use OCR to scan my lab notebooks, which I have physicals of, or papers. And all of these are physically archived too.
