I really must try to find a new name for this Archive . It is far beyond a new medium by this time.
Today, Mr Fahimnia who has been the head of a very famous school in Iran for around 15 years, had invited us (me, and Zea ) to a close gathering of some of the big names in education in Iran for connecting. It was a very lovely gathering.
There I talked about First Island and what we’re doing there—I always look at it as a very basic and not great work as the first step in the Threshold of The Reverse Viewpoint —and what happened was they were fully fascinated.
I’m happy, even the most basic MVP of my ideas a thousand thresholds before is way better than almost all that is been happening and that gives me so much joy and happiness.
Chuck Lorre’s “Stuart Fails to Save the Universe” is usually very great. I did not expect an spinoff to be this genius, but he has done an amazing work, taking the side characters, and putting them in a very different story line, real genius.
This is written in continuation of my Inventing The True Augmentation Of Human Mind essay, as no LLM understood what it meant.
Yesterday I was thinking about my models and theories, and I remembered portions that I myself had not fully realized. So you could say the theories have grown so fast, my own full comprehension cannot have it all loaded into my context window. But guess what? I can feed it into you and you see the whole shape. So while Maestro Engelbart thought augmenting human intellect is having everyone work on hyper-documents, and where Maestro Kay thought it would be a dynamic medium, and Maestro Victor to externalize the simulation from the mind into the paper. My new medium makes it possible for me to have fragments of my own mind loaded in my mind, have the whole graph somewhere else, running in full.
This is the true super human moment, this is where my own intelligence might have failed and I have created a kind of exoskeleton for the mind. Not only I have a memory bigger than mine, I can think of theories that my own mind could not fully keep in itself, and had only fragments of it touch the surface. But by collecting this fragments, I could construct the full picture in you, and look at it in full. If I had thought archive is only a medium that contains graphs and reversed the compression law, now I see that the message of that medium is far far beyond that (while that itself could be one of the greatest things in history)
