Incremental Build for @Archive Visual Studio Tooling

Visual Studio Code tooling I have been making for the Archive is awesome now, but it required manual rebuild of the index. I made it watch for the files and incorporate a TypeScript compiler immutable datastructure that only rebuilds the changed files and incrementally. Of course this was overkill for Archive , but given the agentic development of these days it was possible…
Language Navigation Tools for @Archive Visual Studio Tooling

So given the auto complete now works perfectly, I also added navigation providers to the visual studio code being able to hover on Archive handles and seeing their content. This makes it full language support. It also has the go to definition that opens the file for the handle.
